winter fair...

okay soo throughout winter fair, i wasnt working. i wasnt working because i had to finish my AR goal... i dont know why i decided to wait for the last minute to do my AR, but i dont know, i just did i guess... which was dumb of me because if i didnt procrastinate, i would have been able to work that day ;/ regrets,regrets, but its over and done with soo whatever... but at the winter fair, even though i wasnt working, i still got to see what was going on... it seemed to me like alot of people enjoyed playing darts, eating pizza, and drinking juice (: i think we made alot of money because i seen alot of people crowding the darts and dieing to play again after each time! it just seemed like they could have enough prizes!! but thats a good thing, ahha ...our pizza and drinks on the other hand, i think they made alot of money too (: you should have seen all th eempty boxes there was!! it took like 3 or 4 people to bring them to the dumpster after...! everyone seemed to have a good time with our food and game, but, they also enjoyed the entertainment (: rhea megan shayna were the three people in leadership inside of the dancing group that performed and entertained the school at the winter fair.. everyone crowed around the stage and watched the unicorn ninjas preform there dance.. there dance was very cool and i liked it ^--^ lols, while i was inside the room reading, i could see people passing by with powder all over themselfs! lols it was soo funny (: after the winter fair was done, we had to do clean up, and thats when i realized, people make alot of garbage! the whole court yard was covered in trash and it was disgusting -.- we have garbage cans all over the place for a reason people!!!! gosh... but that wasnt our task to do... we cleaned around our stations and we had to clean it as if the winter fair never happened... to me, when we were done, it did look like we had no winter fair (: after that, we had a pizza and drink, and then we had to go to period 6..when school was done and all the kids were going home, i looked around the courtyard and by A101, and realized, it really did look like we didnt have the winter fair (:

secret santa ^--^

soo on wednesday we did our secret santa reveal and recieve (: it was soo fun throughout the whole thing and i felt soo anxious !! for everyone lols... like when other people were opening there gifts, i was excited for them!! ahah i really dunno y, but my stomach had like butterflies ahah ;p but  i think this was like an awsome activity because every one had no clue who had them! and everytime a boy had a girl, we all said awwwwwwwwww (x it was like hilarious to deee max (x soooo we had a raffle and for example, lets pretend they called my name... that would mean id have to go get the gift i bought for my secret santa and give it to them.... get it? okay... soo some of the secret santas we had was... king to shaela....shaela didnt expect king, but it was and she still liked her gift which was 2 of the sweatshirts she wanted, and sweat pants....jacob to megan...megan didnt expect jacob, and she got what she liked (: richie to mr.ing...i really dont know if what richie got mr.ing is what mr.ing liked since mr ing didnt open his present, but richi told me what he got him, and i think mr.ing will enjoy it...jolene to me ^--^....jolene got me EXACTLY what i wanted! i was soo happy and if she reads this, id like to tell her thank you a thousand mor times!! <3.shaela to rhea..shaela got rhea a watch and i think rhea enjoyed it (: ..joshua to anne....josh got anne a fidora which was exactly what anne wanted and you could tell she loved her gift (: .mr.ing to shayna..when shayna opened up her gift it was funny cuz mr ing wrapped it like 7 times i think? but she got all the angry birds and we all could tell she lved them as if they were her own children, lol....me to errlyn...i really dont know if errlyn really liked her gift, but i hope she did (: .shayna to joshua...shayan got josh exactly what he wanted and you could tell just by his expression because wen he opened it he was like ;O it was funny (: .anne to jacob...anne got jacob exactly what he wanted and you could tell he was going to be soo happy using it.... shannice to king...shannice got king a gift that king seemed to like (: .rhea to chachi...chachi was hard to tell if thats what she wanted cuz all she did was smile and say thank you... but im sure she liked it (: .tamera to richi...LOL you shulda seen richi face wen he opened up his gift and found exactly what he wanted it was hilarious (x . megan to shanice...i think shannice was very happy on what she got because that is her favorite store and she loves to shop there. melani to jolene...jolene seemed very happy and im pretty sure she will use it because it wasa necklace with her name!!! it was soo nice of melani (: and i think thats all....but overall, this was a very fun activity and i think we all enjoyed doing this activity no matter who we got because it was fun to do and i think it helps you learn more about your person you got, even if you did know them for a long time. this activity helped to get to know my person more about what they like and there interests... even though i knew my person since second grade, only now during this activity, i learned what she likes and a little more about her. okay soo on tuesday, we had a picnic inside of A101... it was fun, relaxing, and entertaining (: first of all, it was fun because we spent quality time with each other, and we got to share all our stories and it was funny ^---^ ahaha next, it was relaxing because we didnt have to worry about anything, we just talked with each other, ate our food, and enjoyed ourselfs (: . mr ing also brang up the fact that he would get pissed if he finds someone texting during this whole picnic, which i thought was a good rule because first of all, thats rude to be on your phone and eating and talking with others at the same time, and also, if you are texting someone during a conversation, it kinda shows your not listening to them with your full attention...which isnt really fair to some people because they listen to you when your talking....but ya moving on lols ;p ,the picnic was entertaining because people shared there stories and it was funny (x i think all the stories were about when there driving?? idk but alot of people shared stories including mr ings which his stories were super uper hilarious ! soo as soon as everyone arrived to the room, we all toook our seat, mr ing explained about the no txting, then he said we can go make our food (: i went to go make my food, and it was all good looking btw ;p ... and i took noodles, rice, chicken katsu, and meatballs ^--^ soo then i went to go sit down, and jolene then gave us drinks ( i said thank you) then we waited for everyone too take a seat.... then we got to eat !! i liked all the food and while we were eating mr ing them all shared stories, entertaining kind, and we just all had fun (: it was soo funny when jacob finished eating then mr ing said o you can go eat again and jacob said o yessss!! in a loud voice (x ahaha but 0verall, i had a good time and it was fun having quality time with my leadership "family" (:

Video essay (hero)

Hey, remember how i said my hero was my older sister allx? And remeber how we had to make a power point about our hero? Okay well this is slide five on the powerpoint. For the cideo essay, it had to have music playing from the beginnig to end of the video, and the video must be atleast 2 minutes or longer... Also, we cannot have our hero being present in our video, we cant talk about things we already said in other slides, lastly, we shouldnt be facing the camera...we should be facig diagonal of the camera , and we need to talk as if we were in a interview... I talked about if my hero was here and listening, this is what id say.... Also, if i could tell my hero what they are or mean to me id say...lastly, really. Why is the person yu chose yur hero.?? I answered question one by saying... Id tell her im really grateful to have someone like her in my life, and im thankful she helped me become the person i am today. Next, i answered the next question by saying...if i could tell her what she means and what she is to me id say shes a big part of my life because, bringing bac to the subject, she made me the person i am today. Also, she taught me how to do basic things, she taught me how to be independent, and many more. Lastly, really, WHY IS SHE MY HERO?? My reply was... She is my hero because no one can replace her, and know one else in this world understands me more than she does... The song i selected to play durig my video was hero by sterling nighte .. i picked this song because it talks about how a hero can save someone and change them, and thats what my hero did for me... An thats all i included in my video esaay... Hopefully i didnt miss anything 0.0 okay, Nihte!! Im out!

Hero power point...

   okay soo this quarter, we are doing a project on heros. we had to make a power point or keynote about them and i went with power point because thats the only thing i have on my computer... soo this project was due on monday november 22, also known as tomorrow. the power point includes 6 slides, each one talking and focusing on our hero... heres what the slides talk about and say... slide one provides the title , the hero , and who its by . we had to also set a background the same for every slide. for slide two, this was our intro/a little about our hero. the third and fourth slide talk about reasons why she is my hero....the fifth slide is our video essay that isnt due tomorrow, but it is a video with just us in it and we talk about our hero... the six slide is the conclusion or overall, why are they your hero...

   soo for the first slide, i wrote.... My Hero as my title, Allxandra pasion as my hero, and me as who its by...for the second slide, i put a picture of my hero, and i wrote... "my hero is my sister. she is 19, she lives in florida keywest with her husband who is in the navy which is why they live there,she loves to surf, she lvoes the beach, and she attends keywest unniversity college to study to be a marine biologist."i also included a picture of herself. for the 3rd slide i put... " she is always there for me, and she actually understands me. " i also included two pictures of her, me , and our family. for the 4th slide i put..."she is resposible and she is nice to me and others" also followed by 2 pictures of us and the family... the fifth slide is a video of me talking about her and why i chose her to be my hero. the last slide, tells overall, why did i chose her to be my hero. i put " i chose my sister to be my hero because she isnt like everyone else. out of all the people i know, she is the one i can trust the most, depend on to be there, and she is the most understandable person towards me . she understands everything i tell her. she listens to me, even when im annoying, NO one can replace her." and, for the background,i made the background the beach. i took the picture myself too ^--^ ahaha but the reason i made the background the beach, is because the beach is my sisters get away place. she would always go there to surf, swim, or just chill. sometimes, she would even take me to the beach just to show me how beautiful it is...she was right...it is beautiful (: ahaha...

Bullying Assembly

    k soo, on friday, we had a bullying assembly and we talked about how to deal with a bullying situation, and how to handle bullies. but before the assembly, we all were assigned jobs. first we had to partner up, and also, some of us were going to be doing an act. i was one of them ^--^. i was nervous yet at the same time, excited! i love acting thats why! ahaha ... but, the day wasnt like a normal day at school, we had each period 1 hour instead of 1 hour and 30 minutes, and the day seemed to go by way faster! We had to have less class time because the assembly was planned to be at the end of the school day, soo the scedule wasnt going to be the same.so the day went by, then came advisory. mr.ing called some of us to his desk, and told us we were going to be role playing at the assembly. i was happy and nervous. but then i eventually had to just stop thinking about it or else it woulda got to my brain! lol! after that, i went to 1st period aka last period of the day ;p ahah but then i worked on the project with my partners, then i had to leave 10 minutes earlier to go get ready for the assembly. i left, and went to the caffiteria. as soon as we got there, mr.ing informed us that we had to partner up, and as soon as the 8th grade classes arrived and were ready to be seated, we seat them from back to front in the caff. each class had to take up one long row, not one table, one whole row. soo the classes got in, and by every class, it started to get more crowded >,< we went to go get clas by class, and then finally, we had the last 8th grade class. there was only one table left though, and that was the closest one to the stage... the 8th graders were supposed to get to have the tables first, but by the time me and anne got to the last table, 7th graders were sitting on it, or laying back on it... we was like.. ?????? 8th graders were supposed to be on the tables first!! but then we made them fit, and it went okay (: then i tripped over some thing and i almost fell D; but im okay (: lol. soo later we went out of the caff. and mr.ing got all the people that were going to "act" together, [one of them was me (: ] and told them, it was almost time. i was nervous, but i was really excited ^--^ then the guy called us up . we walked up the stage, and we stood there smiling... we had no clue what to o. lol ;p then shaela said, "im gona ask why you guys going library for? k? then we take it from there.." i understood, and i was ready to go... she said her part, the other bullies talked, then it came my turn and i was speechless. i didnt know what to say!! megan and jacob already said as much as we could, and there was nothing else to say!! soo i gave the mike to richie... he had a good come back and it was hilarious xp ahaha but after that we left the stage, and the assembly ended shortly after...this was a good assembly, and i hope everyone learned a valuable lesson.. ^---^


 

My hero

see that girl in the picture? shes my older sister allx. shes 19 and she is happily married, and she lives in keywest, florida. she is my hero. i can talk to her about nearly anything, and she understands me. although we had our bad times, we still had our good ones. she always listens to me know matter how annoying i am, she puts up with me all the time, and i can trust her more than anybody else i know. she inspired me and she showed me that anything is possible as long as you try and put effort into it. she taught me right from wrong, and she is a good example for me no matter how much mistakes she made and makes, i still look up to her. she is my role model, and nobody can replace her. she taught me how to swim, no matter how long it took, she took me wherever i wanted to go, and she took responsibility for me everytime i was with her. she wanted the best for me and she always looked out for me. we did fight alot, but we did get along well too. she taught me how to take care of things and how to save the enviorment by recycling . she inspires me to try new things, and anything i become interested in . if i were to tell my hero what she means to me, id say she is my hero, my inspiration,my role model, and that no one could replace her.

some characteristics heros have are... nice, respectful, responsible, caring, honest, and brave. A hero will do anything to protect someone. A hero is someone who doesnt hesitate on telling the complete truth. A hero respects others, makes them feel safe, and they at most, gain trust with people. A hero takes the time to gain trust with other humans and it makes sure that the person has trust with them. Heros also take and make sacrifices and risks just to protect or save others.

I believe my sister meets all of those character traits. first she is nice. she is nice because she does things for others, even when its not expected or required. next, she is respectful and responsible. she takes full responsiblity for me when she is with me or takes me somewhere with her. she is respectful when she is talking to others or spending time with others. then theres caring and honest. she cares for me, my family, the enviroment, her friends, and even strangers. she is honest because she tells the complete truth, even if it hurts. she is honest with me and my parents, even during our deepest times. lastly, brave. she is brave no matter how young she is. she can do things on her own, and she is independent. when she believes in something, she'll stick with it no matter if its wrong or right.

i love my sister and this was why i thought she is my hero. no one can replace her, and i hope she already knows that.

secret santa ^--^

     Omg im soo excited, its allmost christmas ;D only like a month and 11 days !! and in leadership, we're doing an activity called secret santa ... ! im happy that we're doing this activity because its fun, and this is going to be my first time trying it. i've always heard of the game and im familiar with it because my mom plays it with her co-workers every year. it always seemed fun, and now its my turn to play the game, and im excited :D okay, so basic rules, we cant let anyone know who we have . and the budget is 20 dollars total. i think this was a good idea because this way, we dont have to spend alot of money on buying a present for everyone (: sooo..... i dont really have anything specific in mind, but here are a few ideas ^--^ !

   first, the justin bieber album , "mistletoe" , this is sold at walmart, target , and im pretty sure they have it other places to, lol. and its okay if yu dont get me this specificly, just keep in mind, i love justin bieber <3 ..!
ahaha....next, i love hello kitty! a lanyard would be cool! ahah, well you can buy any thing hello kitty from sanrio or hot topic....there is also hoop earings or animated earings, you can get them from clairs or hot topic (: ... okay well i think thats all i would like? ahah but remember, you dont have to get me these things specificly, i like to get suprise gifts! soo, jus know, i like hello kitty, justin bieber, lanyards, hoop earings, animated earings, and i like to chew juicy fruit gum (: !

ISA ! (:

okay so this was my first time at ISA and it was .... pretty good, but we made mistakes here and there... we started working as soon as we got to school. we unloaded all the things to the court, and the softball field... we were all aware this was going to be a long day. i was working water with josh, errlyn, and richie. so we all set up the water stations... our first mistake started when we took out 4 chairs for the water, when there was only 3 water stations... the next mistake was when we put the chairs under the basket ball hoops. i never really stopped and thought, why did we put it under the hoop, if the ball ends up there after the shoot?? well it never came to mind soo i jus left it as is. but then, mr ing told us, " why is there 4 chairs if theres only 3 stations? why are the chairs directly under the hoops??" i felt so dumb knowing i let that happen =.= so that was already 2 mistakes and i thought that would be the end of mistakes...guess i was wrong. so then, i had my phone in my pocket the whole time.. then josh told me mr ing said he didnt want anyone having there phones... so i put it in my pocket and left it there. as i started to walk around more, the phone was bringing my shorts down... soooo too prevent my shorts falling, i asked megan to hold it since she just had to sit down. the schools came, time flew by, and then when i had to go re-fill water with richie, my friends dad shouted, "heighlee!" and i was wondering what he had in his hand....then he tells me, "is this yours?i found it on the ground." i was stunned. i didnt know what to say. i felt my heart drop. i felt like i was going to fall to the ground and die. i started shaking as i walked over to get it. "thank you" i said. he said to be careful next time and to be more responsible. i was so disapointed in my self. i was foolish enough to let this happen. i couldnt beleive it . i truly didnt trust myself at that moment. then, mr.ing called me over to see what was going on. man i jus wanted to drop down and die. but i didnt. i walked over and i told him what had happened. he told me to go call megan... i did. she was shocked. she told me she thought she had it the whole time. then when we got back to mring, he told us to go bak to A101 and get our stuff, and go to class. but we couldnt because it was our period 2 which was leadership.so we went back to the class and stayed there. megan told me how sorry she was, and she thought she had it the whole time. i was speechless. i didnt know what top tell her. i wasnt mad, i was shocked. i just couldnt believe the fact that i couldve lost my phone for good if my friends dad didnt find my phone... i was speechless the entire time... then the -phone ringed... it was shayna telling us to come back and get our story straight . so we went back and i told the complete truth. i was really dumb for talking the phone out in the first place.reallly dumb -.- .. soo then he told us to get back to work.... jus when i realllyy believed all the problems were done, mr ing called all us water workers... you see, earlier we were givin 9 juices to give to 4 reffs, 4 scorekeepers, and megan.... i took 3 juices and i gave them to megan, a score keeper, and a reff. i thought the other workers already passed out all the juices to everyone.... but they didnt.... turns out, 2 people didnt get juice... we found out who the first one was because a reff came in asking for a drink which he never recieved.... the 2 person that never recieved a juice, is still a mistary.... after that problem... the day continued on very well (: problems were done, and it was good (: i enjoyed this day the most, because i got to learn alot....also, there was really good players from every school! and not in a bad way, but alot of the boys looked like they were older than 7th and 8th grade! we cleaned up after, and the girls bathroom was good, just a little mess but not a big one... BUT the boy bathroom~ NASTY. thats all i have to say, nasty. after i seen the mess inside the boys bathroom, i felt disgusted soo i went to go clean the coart... it was soo funny, after we went to go put everything in the room, we went back to go talk to mr ing, ad he said, so when i og back to the room, its gona look like nothing happened?? and then we alll RAN  A101 as fast as we could, and we \opened the door, and fixed everything SOOOOO fast! after we went to go sit in our seats, and we acted like nothing happened... then wen he walked in, we said good afternoon mr ing (: and then he talked to us, and then we went to 4th period...for about 10 minutes then we had to go back for after school sales LOL (: but overall, my first time at ISA was a lesson learned good one (:

intramurals

okay, so this week, monday, tuesday,wednesday, and thursday , we had intramurals. yes intramurals was wayy different from the football one because it was a shorter time period. not only because of the time period it was different, it was what we did and how we did it. last intramurals, i think we did less mistakes. but thats just my opinion, i may be wrong. the mistakes we made throughout both the intramurals was, not paying attention, not listening to directions, breaking simple rules, and making careless errors. im pretty sure theres more, but i just cant figure them out. well, this quarter's intramurals was id say, it was easy, but we still managed to make mistakes??? well you know, on the first day of intramurals, it was blazing hot outside and there was red ants everywhere =.= i had to double check every minute to make sure there was none on me. there was one crawling up the teacher shoulders, so after i seen that, i put on my jacket lol (x  i didnt care how hot, i did not want to get bit by those huge things.   so for me, monday was sort of like my test out to see how to do it, and how it turns out. then the second day came. i had to work the board. so i walk with shayna to the class she assigned me too, and i intraduced myself. " hi my name is heighlee " then i smile at her to make sure she knows im friendly. this class was 8th grade so i was kind of scared they wernt going to listen to me.....i guess i was right. i told them if they could all come to the inside of the cones and stay in there as a class, but they didnt listen. they barely even listened to there teacher. she told them twice and they still didnt follow the directions. sure they came, they played, but they didnt stay inside the cones, and they didnt stay together as a class. i felt hopeless because i myself, wasnt listening to the instructions. it was my job to make sure they stay together and in the cones, but obviously, since they didnt listen and follow directions, it effected my goal. then came the third day. o man, this day at intramurals wasnt the best. jacob was the clipboard. he went to go get his class, and he brang them over. everything was good. so far. we reminded him the whole time we was waiting for his assigned teacher, DO NOT KICK THE BALL. he kept on replying ya ya ya i get it. but then , when he went by the goal, he KICKED it to me. >=| i was like D; WHAT ARE YOU DOING!? he tried to kick it to errlyn after, but guess what really happened??? ms. chin [thank lord] dunked down not knowing the ball was like a foot away , and saved her head from getting hitt! maynn i was sooo happy i didnt have to live with myself knowing i let ms. chin get hit in the back of the head with a soccer ball, espicially from us! but then, we had the fourth day. we never got to work that day. us period 2 seventh graders. and if you really want to know y, read my post ill be posting tomorrw ish.... then you'll understand why we never worked that day....besides the fact, intramurals turn out to be diffrent from last time, and something diffrent from what i thought we was going to be doing.

quality time with the leadership family (:

wow. i had so much fun on friday :D but at the end of the day i was tired and sun burned :/ soooo, the day started at 6:20 ish. i got up and got ready. at 6:50 me and my mom left the house and she dropped me off at mc dees. i met with some of the other leadership kids, but not all of them was there yet. it was funny, wen shayna and jolene came in there van, shannice was walking over there thinking it was the van mr. ing was driving (x nah but then she figured it out and walked back lol. we waited for about a few minutes and seen choke vans pass by ! we kept looking at each one to see which one mr.ing was driving.... but then we seen the van he was driving becuz it had alot of windows. he parked and we got into the van... i had to sit in the bak becuz im short :/ but it was fun sitting in the bak (: i was in the bak with shannice and anne. i liked the bak becuz we could see more out of the windows becuz there was bak windows... we was waiting a litto while and i thot megan was gonna miss the van cuz she wasnt here yet and i was llike, "oh no !" but then she came and i was happy (: ahaha . then before we left mc dees, mr.ing took away our fones :( i was suh sad cuz i couldnt check my fb lol. but it was ok..... so we drove to the beach and it took not that long to get there.... as soon as we got there, we had to go take our picture. we was looking around then mr. ing said to go on the steps. he took like alot of pics, and we seen the lifeguards training or something,and they were running up and down the steps. we were towards the end of the steps and they were coming closer. mr.ing jus kept on taking pics and we jus stood there wondering ewat was gona happen to us. lol. but right wen they got like an inch close to us, they went up the steps and onto the grass. thank gad ;p ahahah but then after that, we lined up on the wall and mr ing took another picture of us. i felt really short. i think its cuz i am ;p lol but i noticed in the picure, after shayna, which starts with me , we all go short ! lol ! but then so after that we went bak to the van and we had to unpak... mr ing said me and anne had to jus stay at the table and watch the litto stuff.... we did.... then we had to go change... we all went walking to the nearest bathroom, and wen we got there, we found out it smelt like crap! it was like, blehh D; like wtheck was in there?! dog poop? lol but soo me , anne , and megan, heard from shannice and rhea that the bathrroom smelt even worse so we followed them to the one on the other side of the beach. it was a long walk ;p we was walking on the side walk UNTIL shannice didnt wana cuz she didnt wana walk by the hobos... so we walked in the sand and our shoes got sandy:p but wen we got to the bathroom, the outside was nice. better than the other one. lol. but RIGHT AS WE WALKED IN, booom! a fricken full wrinkly moon right there !!! this old lady was naked inside the divided stall with NO TOWEL COVER IT OR ANYTHINGZ! it was grosss!!! i screamed. like loud soft screamed. i was like, AHHHHHHHHHH! i got flashed and so did rhea, shannice, megan, and anne. D; o boy that sight was HORRIBLE D; i changed into my bathing suit and  stuff, and then we left the bathroom....wen we got bak to the area we ate breakfast which was sooo good ;D we got to eat portugease sausage,eggs, and rice. after we finished eating, we got into the water. it was soo cold >,< i was shaking but i had to ignore it. soo me megan, and errlyn decided to do a dunk to take away the coldness lol... sowe did and after the water wasnt as cold cuz our bodies were the same temp. Lol (x but then after, josh them wanted to burry some1 and me and anne both wanted to be barried. sooo they baried the both of us (:  ahaha it was fun becuz after, josh got tired and then shaela took over and made me bigger with boobies (x lol it was soo weird but it  was funny. while i was getting barried , rhea decided to make a deep hole and shannice helped her. wen i was done getting buried and getting pics, rhea told me to go into the whole and test it out to see how deep it goes, i did and that thing was deep!! LOL i felt like a mini person (x it was funny ... but then after i went bak into the ocean with rhea them and shannice was chill the whole time (: i thot she was sleeping ! lol cuz she had her shades on and its dark so yu cant see her eyes.... well after that we got to eat our delicious lunch ;) which was steak hot dog, and rice. after we ate, we went swimming again.... wen we got out, it was to go eat snacks and pack up. we had to get ready to go home, and we had to give away and eat all the snacks . i felt bad for josh becuz he had good oatmeal,coffee brownies, and rhea had store bought ms.debbies i think?(x lol but those are the BEST! lol n the reason why this made me feel bad for him was becuz not alot of us was eating his brownies, as much as we was eating rheas ... lol so ya..EVERYONES SNACK WAS GOOD :D all i gota say is, thanks mr.ing for making the really good b.f and lunch,and planning the field trip :) it was really fun.... ahaha well wen we was leaving the beach, we got to use our fones for a split sec. to call our parents, but then he took them away again ;/ ahahha but wen we got to mc dee's , we got our fones bak ;D i had alot of fun, but i wish we could do it again so id be prepared ;p lol

first day of fall break.. monday....

k so today was the first day of fall break... i got too.... do what i said in my previous post, go to my gramas -.- best place ever! NOT. ALL I EVER DO OVER THERE IS SLEEP =.=  today my intentions was to sleep in the a.m for a few hours then get up around 10 am ish then eat breakfest, watch tv, eat lunch, watch tv, then go home. but instead, i slept for 7 hours i the morning. 7 am till 2 pm (: but i wasnt having a good time sleeping "/ i had a dream i went to this temple place and had to go thru time, traveling thru doors, and after i go thru each door, i had to find my way out of each time period. i was lost in my dream D: i hated it! i felt like i couldnt wake up , and i felt jus lost. so wen i woke up, i was glad, i woke up and my grama was sleeping. so  i went to the food cabinet and searched it . lol i found pringles and then i slowly reached for it. my grama is a light sleeper so if she heard just a tap, she would awaken -.- so  i slowly reached for it and i slowly pulled it twoards me. i took it bak to the couch to eat it, and as soon as i opened the cap and reached down for my first pringle of the day, she wakes up . she wakes and and turns to me and says, "heighlee wake up!" not notcing im already up tryna eat down her pringles. lol. then she askes me, "want spaghetti?" i tell her, " sure" then she makes me spaghetti and i sit down to eat it... i had changed the channel before she woke up , and while i was sitting down, she tells me , "yu can change the channel " im like lol. srry, but i already did . ahaha,. i didnt no wat to tell her! so i said thank yu for the spaghetti. thas all. then i ate the spaghetti while eating the delicious sour cream and onion pringles ;D o yes and they were good ! hahaha .... well then after i ate like 3/4 of half of the can of pringles, i sat down and watched tv... i went to go change, and wen i came bak, she changed the channel! i was like, " dang -.- ". so  i sat down and watched little house on the prairie while waiting for my dad.... he came to pik me up, and that was the end of my day technically (: first day of fall break : boring and sad... well day 2, here i come!!!

i wish we never had break. i cant do anything. cant go shopping, cant do anything. BECUZ IM ONLY ELVEN. for some reason i could go to the mall 5 months ago with my fren, but now that im almost 12, i cant?! wtheck is that all about??? gad . pik a rule people. and y do they get mad at me for not saying anything after ohana fair??!!! they tell me i shouldnt go if i jus go to cruise with my frens. bleh. like reallly??!!! i went to go see my old techers, my old school, and all my old frens. going to ohana fair had its purpose! the reasons there mad at me. its stupid. they say they dont want to make the same mistakes they did with my older sis. pshh, i feel bad for my younger bro to come. he will be able to do , nothing. jus like wen i was eating a dove chocolate, the wrapper said, "your allowed to do, nothing." i wish i took a pic of that and set it as my wallpaper for EVERYTHING. why cant i go to the mall with my frwen and her frens???? isnt the more people the better??? he's mad becuz he knows how my fren has a bf and he smokes. becuz he over heard me and my other fren talking about it. really???? wow. is all i had to say wen he told me he didnt want me to go to the mall beuz my fren has a life like that. ITS NOT MY LIFE, AND IM NOT GOING TO THE MALL WITH HER. they want me to spend more time with them.... HOW. TAKE ME PLACES THEN. LETS GO OUT AND DO SOMETHING! I DONT LIKE TO STAY IN THE HOUSE ALLLL DAY ON MY FREEE TIME! THATS THE LAST THING I WANT TO DO. I DONT NO IF THEY JUS DONT NO ME THAT MUCH, OR THEY'RE CLUELESS, BUT THEY SHOULD NO I LIKE TO STAY BUSY.gosh. then my mom comes in and tells me to call my grama to see if i could go over her house tomrww. so i do. she said i could, then my dad comes in and says, i didnt say yu needa go to gramas. i wanted to yell at him and say " YU TOLD ME I COULDNT GO MALL, YU SAID YU DIDNT WANT ME STAY HOME, WHERE YU WANT ME GO???????" maynnn i cant wait for this break to be over and done with. cant wait till thursday tho becuz of the field trip ;) besides that day, .... idk. i would like my fren to come over or something, hoepfully they allow it. probably they wont tho. they always have an escused to say no. theres always something -.- so technically, school is the best part of my life. (: some life i have. pshh. now imma go MAKE A PLAN OF WHAT A GOOD REST OF MY FALL BREAK WOULD BE. a DREAM fall break. im gona be writing my plans down living in happiness, but then wen i go approve it with my parents, there gona cross it all out and put, "go to gramas " . ya, thats what they call the ultimate fall break. i bet if they were me they would wana do better things than go to there gramas. [no offence to my grama] it jus buggs me. they always tell me, aww yu gona leave grama home alone? :( and im like, you tryna put me on a guilt trip???!! why dont yu go spend time with herz! she yur grama tuuhh!!!! watever tho. im already stuck going to my grmas tomorrw. all im gona bring is a book. and thats what im gona be doin for 9 hours streight. YAY FOR ME :D forget this break already. im ready for tuesday -.- hopefully monday goes by fast. hopefully. k bye -.-

Quarter 1 is finally done!

wow this quarter went by really fast! ALOT has happened during this quarter... alot of changes. during the summer we had 14 kids in the leadership program, and thru out this quarter we changed from 14 to 16. since we had voting for the student government [ i think? ] , we had 3 new members of leadership. anne, errlyn and richie. megan was voted our president but she was already in leadership soo that didnt count lol. there was 3 spots in the student government [ again, i think?] , the people that filled those spots was megan, anne, and errlyn. richie also ran to be in one of the spots but didnt make it. so, instead of being in one of the three spots, he joined leadership. now, if you count all those kids up all together, theres 17 of them. then, came the day where one quit. one from my period. i guess she couldnt take it anymore or she was told by her mom to quit? idk. but, she quit and that left 16 kids in leadership. it was sad to see one of us go, but it was her choice. a hard thing to focus on [to me] was AR. i was like 2nd to the last one to finish ! thank gad i past my goal ! i past it soo last minute.... im kinna mad at myself for slacking on it this quarter....BUT, next quarter, im gonna get my goal reached faster. im gona try my best to focus on my AR and get it done. another thing that happened in this quarter is we all got to experience new things. since this is the beginning of the school year, it was our first quarter in leadership. [us seventh graders] we got to get to know the place better, and we learned what to do and what not to do. at the beggining of the quarter us seventh graders were clueless [ or atleast i was]. i thought i would never figure out how to work the sound board or produce for tv. but, after this quarter, i learned how to do all of that, and i can do it well. also throughout our quarter we got introduced to intramurals. i got to take pictures, work the clipboard, and be in charged of equipment. i'd say the best part about intrumurals was taking pics :D it was suh fun because there was alot of action in the game of flag football! there was ball throwing, chasing, team effort, and it was all shown right there. thats why taking pictures was soo fun because we got to take pics of them showing these things. we also had ilimas got talent competition. i tried taking pictures for this, but it was kinna boring to me ;/ jus saying my opinion... there was singers, and there was a girl dancing tahesian <--- i really dont no how to spell that ? lol .... but they were all good and i give them credit for having the guts to enter and preform infront of both grades. espicially the 7th graders because they had to perform infront of the 8th graders. this quarter, i think i slacked alittle while trying my hardest. my grades didnt turn out the best for the quater. i got a b in math, and a c is science. the rest of my classes, i got a's. hopefully my goal for next quarter is to get a's on every assignment, and every class. well, overall, id call this quarter, a one that helped us learn, and experience new things. i really did learn from this quarter because now i know what to do in leadership for quarter 2. im prepared and ready :D i think. lol (: hopefully this next quarter is a better one, and i hope for it to startt off and end well.... now i gotta get to reading, lol so by the time we come back from fall break ill be ready for a AR quiz (; ahaha o yes ! let the reading begin. 2nd quarter, here i come!!!

LATE* summer

my summer was same old same old. go to gramas, help her around, be bored with my life, and many other boring things...but then, i asked my fren megan if i could still sign up for leadership, and she told me to ask this girl shayna. so i did. and then she told me what to do. then, i got to sign up for leadership :D when i went to my interview, i was super neverous because i didnt know anybody there except megan. when i sang i could feel my self shaking, and it jus all sucked :p but then i  got a email saying i got inro leadership and i was so happy:D then i went to go work at leadership for the rest of the summer days. [there was like 2 weeks left] they were so fun :D we had to sell uniforms, do lunch payments, do IDs, and pay dues.sooo, to sum up my summer, it was SEMI awsome and the rest was pure boredom. :p i hope this next summer is diffrent. NO OFFENCE TO MY GRAMA EVA (:

intramurals is all done :)

intramurals was very fun at the beginning but towards the end, it was just annoying :p it was super hot out there and some teams were getting allot of tallies ! some players couldnt play fair and some was just sad players. i hope that all the players had fun during intramurals. i enjoyed taking pictures because the game had allot of action in it, so i could get really good pics... next time we have intramurals, we will all be prepared and we will all no what our jobs are to do out there. even though we got introuble for this quarter, [period 2] we still can look forward to improving in the rest of our activities and intramurals.

welcome dance

the welcome dance was fun and i think the students really enjoyed it (: i was having fun taking pictures, but  it was hard to take good pictures.it was hard taking good pics because the ski ball and water slide was right next to each other, so every time i tried to take pics from the side of the ski ball or water slide, water would almost get on the camera >,< soo i had to try my best to stay away from the water as possible. the hard part was getting action pictures of the kids doing the activity because it went by soo fast and there was soo many people crowding around to see [ im talking about ski ball] . i liked it better when i was able to go into the caff. to take pics of the kids dancing and having fun because it seemed to keep me busy. it kept me busy in the caff. because every where i looked, there was someone new dancing. the only thing that bothered me was the fact that i knew some of the pics were going to turn out blurry or messy. besides all of that, the dance was fun (:

Intramurals

today's intramural's was very fun to me. i enjoyed taking mark of my classes even though it was sometimes tough to get them to listen. My 8th grade class was very hard to control because they didn't want to listen to me because i was a 7th grader. but, my 7th grade class was very well behave and they listened to my instructions.but, i noticed that in my 7th grade class, it was the teacher who made the put downs, out of there square boundary's , etc. he was very loud when he said put downs to the other team, and i thought that was very immature of him. his students were more behaved and mature than him! . i don't mean to talk bad about this teacher, but I'm just saying. overall, intramural's was fun and it wasn't about winning, all the players understood that.   i hope all the students had fun during there time playing (:

Leadership field trip

when we went on our leadership field trip, we went to the movies first and seen spy kids all the time in the world.it was 4 d and we had a scratch paper thingy. number seven was stinky cuz it was a baby fart :p ahaaha ... the movie overall was good and funny and i enjoyed watching the movie with all my friends. after the movies we walked to ala moana. when we got there, we separated and started to go shopping in groups. i went with Megan, Shayna, josh, and Jolene. it was fun going around with them because there really nice and are really good friends to me. we went to Claire's and i bought a new backpack for school. its hello kitty (:  after that, we went to hot topic.i bought ear buds and they were hello kitty too! ahaha... we went to the food court and i ate saimin from the restaurant called ramen and it was sooooo Good. shanice them thought i never ate enough but i ate as much as i could "/ lol well, then we went jeans warehouse but i didnt buy anything... then josh had to go to longs so i went with him. we ran because it was on the other side of the mall. when we got there we were rushing. i bought 2 packs of gum and he bought hair supplies. we couldn't find the spot where we had to meet up with the rest of the kids at and we were lost 0.0 but when we seen Shayna and Jolene, we went with them and they knew where to go. we were on the other side of where we had to meet up so we had to run really fast. once we got there, i was sweating allot. it was already 7:40 and we were all ready to go.And that is what happened on Friday the 19th of 2011 (:

PERIOD 2

my period had problems with asking stuff we already know, not listening, and mis behaving. we started off the new school year struggling, and its not a good feeling. we are still on probation and its not a good position. i hope that our period will focus more and do better throughout the year. we need to start behaving more and listening. if we can do that, then we can get off of probation. none of us enjoy probation and want to get off it. if we can focus, behave, listen to our leader, our teachers and everyone else, im pretty sure we'll get off probation. i hope our period can become a better one and have a good school year in leadership.

Flyer

so, i worked really hard on this flyer and thought it was the best i could do....  my flyer is pretty simple and it gets to the point. i think thats why people might want to check it out. also, i think they'd want to check my site and blogger out because on my flyer i talk about how i write about my projects and my thoughts about it on my blogger, and how my projects meet the GLOs on my site. i said it was up to them if they want to check out my blogger and site &/or follow me . i think they'd atleast just try and look at it once just to see how it looks and what it talks about. i hope that from my flyer, people will check out my blogger and site (:

Bio cube

when i shared my bio cube in front of the whole leadership, i wasn't as nervous as i was at the interview. i wasn't as nervous because I'm already used to talking to them. once i get to know someone its not scary to share something with them. when i shared my cube i spoke loud and i was a good communicator. i tried to have eye contact with my audience as much as i could so i wouldn't loose there attention. i talked about my quote which was "no matter how hard it gets, keep going."i like to live off of this quote because it encourages me to keep going no matter how hard things get. every time  i get frustrated or confused, i think about this quote, and it helps me fix my problems. while i worked on my cube i was a self directed learner because i focused on getting my cube done and i tried hard on it.

First day of school

On the first day of school, it was different. The campus was different because its way bigger than Holomua, my elementary school. I had a hard time finding my classes because i wasn't familiar with where the buildings were located. There was lots of students and it felt crowded even without the 8th graders there. Also, the teachers were different because we had different teachers for each subject instead of one teacher for every subject. On that day, we had to visit each class so the day wasn't on a normal schedule.When after i got to visit all the classes, i learned allot about middle school.At the end of the day, i was excited to go back to school on Wednesday.I really did enjoy the first day of school and i like this school.
