Week 1-27

If you ask me, This week was good. Yes we did get Introuble for ONE period but besides that, it was a really good week :) we had no problems with our job for the whole week, and then we ended our week with a field trip to the ISA bowling ^--^ I loved it. And it was so funny, I think it was Thursday? My teacher Mr.ing kept on saying "huh?" in a lost funny voice and it made everyone laugh and then he would say it really loud and be like "HUHHHHH?!??!?" and we would be like jumping out of our seats !! xD it was soo funny ;p this week I actually got to learn more about being responsible and knowing how to be a better self directed learner. I learned how to be a better self directed learner because Shayna (our group leader) wouldn't work with us and we would have to control everything our selfs and it taught me how to be more responsible to make sure everything is correct and we dont make a lot of mistakes. Of course we made a few mistakes here and there, but none of them were major to the point were it effects anyone. Ya soo I guess all I can say about this week was it was all good :) I hope this week can be like this too and I know we can make it be just as good as last week :) can't wait for this week to come and I can't wait to see how it turns out ... Spring Fling poster :)

Okay so do you remember how I made a spring fling flyer? Well this is just like it but a bigger version! It has to say when what where and why, and it includes all the activities we are going to have ! Actually, the poster and flyer have there similarities and differences because a poster is bigger (obviously ;p ) , the poster HAS to include majority of the activities or you will get minus points , and the poster is allowed to be hand written or is allowed to have something written or drawn by hand . For the poster, I got to use the cutter connected to the IBM and it interesting to use it because it was my first time using it, and I got to learn how to work it and how you should use it and how you shouldn't use it. The only wording I used the IBM for was the title, "Spring Fling" . Or the rest of the poster, for like... Who,what,when, where, and why... I used Microsoft on the MAC computers because it was easier to use and it was faster for me. For the events, when i had to search up pictures of the activities, it was hard to find certain ones. Which ones to be exact?? I think the hardest ones to find was the ring toss, the couples dance, and the shayna says because it is a special made up game from shayna ( the DJ) so ya... The reson why the rig toss was hard to find was because the results of the searches were... How should i say it.... Sketchy and just plain weird 0.o like just eww. Then the reason why it was har to find the couples dance picture was because it was either professional people dancing, or cartoon dancers... And all i wanted was two 12 year olds dancing together regularly. But sadly, google couldnt find it -,- so ya. Then shayna says was hard to find because its like a homemade game made by the DJ, shayna ^---^ and so she really wanted that specific activity on our posters sooo.... I asked her how she found or made soemtimg saying "shayna says" and she told me about a website with actually helped me with not only that activity, but another one too :) well, i think thats all?? Man i cant wait for spring fling ! I'm so excited to see all the kids have fun (hopefully) and play the games everyone recomended :D So overall, this project for sprig fling was good and I enjoyed making it :)

Evacuation ! Don't worry it's jus a drill ;p

Okay so this morning, our school had an evacuation drill and this is so the students know where to go and what to do if there is an evacuation. We have an evacuation if there is a toxicated things on campus or if there was like an explosion or something.so for example, let's say there was a explosion in one of the buildings and class is going on... All the students would have to make there way to the Campbell's football field bleachers, in an orderly fashioned way without panicking. I think this evacuation plan isn't the best because the campbell field is so close and if this was to be a real evacuation, im almost garentead that no one will go to the planned place (the bleachers) if it was a real evacuation.but that's only because it's so close to the school that it's almost a risk to sit there while the school is being cleared! Well that was just my opinion. But the event was okay (: we only had a couple of problems but besides that, we were okay and the drill went fine. I was kind of expecting more of a time to stay at the bleachers because it was only about a few minutes kids got to sit down and then it was up and go back to home room... That was kind of confusing because it was just a few words, and then we could go back... The two problems we had were, first, the bleachers being dirty and wet. Then, the kids were sitting anywhere they desired. Like they would leave a big gap in between them and a person they don't want to sit by. Overall though, it wasn't half bad and I hope If we do have a real evacuation, we do good (:

week 1-20

wow, this week was just , wow. it started off good, then the problems hit. it started with one mistake, then mr.ing forgot about it. then the next day, there was another mistake, he forgot about it. but then shortly after  the second mistake, we came back to him with 5 mistakes. it was terrible. how could he forget about 5 more mistakes, when he had just forgot about a mistake made a few minutes ago?? so he had enough. he gave us ALOT of time to come up with a new solution for all of this but we had nothing. everytime he asked us if we had a solution, we just sat there blank and silent. we didnt even bother to say no or we dont know. we said nothing. and that was the problem to everything. we always said nothing. we would never reply back to him. EVERYTIME we had a problem and he asked us questions on what we can do to solve it, we just ALWAYS sat there blank. so then the following morning, we had a meeting. but before the meeting, we STILL had time to tell him our solution to everything, but we didnt ! then the meeting came. we went over everything and what our problem was, and then everyone voted. based on preformance, they voted if we should stay in or out. the voting started and we all started to get emotional. i tried my best to hold the tears but i just couldnt. it was so sad and hurtful seeing everyone say out. but then i think what made me or me megan and errlyn cry the most was when rhea and shayna said we should stay in. it was sad and emotional because they were crying and i felt bad knowing how hard they worked to get where they are today and how much they trusted us to do good when they accepted us back in. and seeing them cry and say that we should stay because we try our best and try our hardest, was very touching. as the votes went by, i could tell it was going to end with majority rules, out. but after the meeting and after period two and recess, we went to period 4 to think about a solution. if we didnt come back for advisory with a solution , it was we take a break until the last day of school. so when we got back to A-101 for advisory, we settled it. we came to the conclusion that we'd make a garden of flowers for every mistake we have made. then when we came back after school to make our flower grow, we seen a mesaage on the board. it stated that we had one more thing to do before we are forgiven, and that it needs to be done before 7 pm that night. when i got home  thought about it, and me megan and errlyn texted and texted until we finally got it. we have to move on. that was our solution. so we talked to mr.ing and now its our time to show we have moved on. starting tomorrow, people are going to see that period 2 has moved on and looked passed everything. im really happy that we are given the opportunity to stay in leadership. i really hope we can move on and not make the same mistakes again. and i am almost guarenteed we can move on and look past all our mistakes. i know we can do it and this is going to be the start of a new beginning :) !

Spring Fling, coming this february ! :D

okay so guess what's coming up this february? Spring Fling!!! shayna is in charged and we where in charged and assigned of making flyers.. what happens is that we make a flyer, we give it to her on friday, and then she selects one and makes copies for the school. so on the flyer, we needed to say who is invited, what is happening, when it is, and where it is taking place. we also have to include pictures of the activities we are having, and snacks we will be selling. for who, i put ilima family, for what i put spring fling, for when i put february 23, and for where, i put ilima courtyard and caff. i ended the flyer by putting, " Theres going to be lots of games and its going to be really fun,hope to see you there! " i enjoyed making this flyer because it helped me with improving my microsoft skills because i had to work with what microsoft had and those things were such as not being able to move around pictures and not having the certain fonts i desired. i also had problems with not being able to set something as a background or even having a background at all. its not that a background was mandatory, its just that it would make it look more nice and exciting :) so i ended up not having one at all because i couldnt do it and microsoft would work with me -.- so ya. the good thing about this flyer and the making of it is that i enjoyed thinking that this is going to be a fun event and i think the students are really going to like this one :)lastly, for this event, i am going to be working the soda or juice ring toss with shanice and i cant wait to see people play this game and even though we arent going to be playing it ourselves, i know its going to be fun and funny watching people playing. well, i guess thats all to say about my flyer... cant wait for spring fling and this is going to be a great event! :)

this week....1-13

i don't know how i let this happen again, but i did. i was AGAIN for quarter 3 procrastinating for the AR goal!!! maynn why do i always let this happen?! -.- but i guess for me, the week went by so fast, i didn't even realize it was almost friday. i started to notice the week was going by fast on like tuesday, so i planned on going to the library to go and borrow some books... but then i realized that i haven't even checked my AR to see what my goal is! so i checked my goal and i figured out that i had to earn 33.8 points total for the whole quarter... then i divided by 7 to figure out my weekly AR goal, and i got around 4.9 ... so i thought, o well this is very hard, ill just read a 1 point book first, then read 2 two pointer books and ill be good (: but then, it took me a couple days to finish my first book, and by the time i finsished it it was wednesday, and then i had to start my 2 pointer book, and i ended up finishing it friday morning, and throughout that day, i read my whole last 2 pointer book... it was a long ride !! but thank god i lived through it...!!! i need to stop slacking...like seriously?! why do i always slack??!! gad i needa fix that -.- but anywaysss, kay but this week, mr. ing had a meetup with us like twice i think?? to figure out the problem and what we can do to solve it... the main problem is, why do we keep going around in circles?! again and again and again and AGAIN! so mr.ing had a solution... it started off with one door, the yellow card. the yellow card is we sign it, and we are out of leadership. none of us wanted that nor took that and obviously its because we want to be here!!soo he made a door number two. then he made a door number three, then we decided to make a door.... number 4... then the bell rang saying homeroom was done and it was time for first period of the day... then we came back for recess, and we found out he had made a door number 5! then we came up with a door number six... and by the time we finished talking about all the doors, the bell rang signaling its time to go to the second period of the day... when we came back for our advisory, it was time to make a choice... it was a random raffle at first, but then mr.ing changed it by putting all the numbers RANDOMLY in a line 1-6... he asked jolene what number it should be, and she has no clue what we are talking about btw, and then we are all telling her to pick number four because we wanted number four THE RULE, but what we were mistaken because we didnt get it when he said it was RANDOMLY put in a line from number 1-6. but then, he counted to the number four, and guess what number it was?! it was number 1!!! out of all of them, number 1 !!! then mr.ing said we had to go outside... i was really worried and i had no clue what was going to happen... but instead of quitting and giving up and stop trying, we kept going and we showed up for work after school and we continued to work and do our jobs daily (: well overall, this was a very fast week and it wasnt the best, but it couldve been worse... well i hope this coming up week goes good and i hope we dont run into anymore problems... thats the last thing we need, more problems...o ya, i also learned that problems make more problems... soo ya... wish us all good luck on this week, bye! if one change could be deleted ... which one would it be?

well, it was really hard to decide on this one because to me, every rule has its pros and cons... but after a while about thinking about it, i came to the conclusion that i would take out weekly AR goal, change number 4. what made me really think about changing this one is because even though it helps us to keep up with our goal, its not fair to the people that did reach there AR goals as soon as they could. because what if they cant read fast? what if they read at there own pace but they still manage to get there goal done before the last week of school? to me, thats why this rule isnt fair and i would delete it. for me personally,i am one of the people that made this rule happen because i waited till the last minute and week last quarter to finish my AR goal. it really was a dumb choice and idontknow why i didnt learn from my first quarter. but anywaysss, even though this change might benifit for me, even i came to the conclusion that i wanted to get rid of this rule. and yes, maybe it does take alot for me to actually make a change and start taking action and trying or making an effort. i havent proved myslef wrong yet have i? have i ever showed myself that i can change from my first mistake and i can improve and not make that mistake again? no. soo its sad to know i cant even prove myself wrong on me putting myself down. but its the truth. but now, im ready. im ready to make an effort and not redo all my old mistakes. and thats why i would delete this rule. i think if mr.ing deleted this rule, i would feel like he trusted me to finish my AR goal on my own without any check ups or any reminders. if i felt like he trusted me enough to delete this rule, then i would be influenced to complete my AR goal on my own, on time and not on the very last week. i really wish i could try again, but its too late for that. you just have to keep moving forward and you have to try your best to not keep on going in a circle and redoing all of your mistakes again. it wont get you anywhere. and this is all why if we could take away one rule, it would be change number 4, weekly AR.

last but not least, late notices from library --> probation

this is a new one, but to me it seems like a good one. i think its good because it prevents us from becoming lazy and leaving it at home instead of bringing it and turning it in on time. thats y we are having this rule. i think we have this rule soo that we can avoid having to have to pay for overdue books and we wont be as lazy as we are. before when a library notice meant nothing, we would keep the slip as decoration and we wouldnt really rush into returning the books, but now that we are getting traded like this rue is sort of like a trade because if we dont return our books and we get a slip, we get on probation. got it? okay moving on .... i like this rule because it will encourage me to turn in my books by there due date and it helps me avoid getting harsh fees, and it testes me by saying if i get a slip from an overdue book,i get probation . i wouldnt change it if i had the option to because im pretty sure this is needy for them too and it can be helpful to alot of people. i think this rule was made because a few of us got reminder slips on the first week back and ya....

change #7~ weekly grade check

weekly grade check is to see how we are doing in every class and it keeps mr.ing updated on how we are in those classes and how we are doing. do i like this? weekly grade check is fine by me i guess i mean im actually starting this quarter off with rally good grades and im really proud of myself for accomplishing that ^--^ <3 i also behave my best and i try my best to put my full attention on the teacher so i can clearly understand the lesson (: am i scared, worried, happy, excited about this rule? im actually... excited. im excited because this quarter im trying really hard to be better than before and get not a check from science. i also have tried my best not to zoom out in class. ( <---not quite sure how i was doing that but ya) i might seem like im not paying attention, but i seriously am and im trying to give 110% effort into understanding, but sometimes, im just lost and i get to emabrassed to ask the teacher anything and i end up not knowing anything -,- and sadly yes, thats how i end up with bad grades. but its not my fault ;/ i try my hardest sometimes but i dont think my teacher thinks im giving my all. if only she like really knew how hard it is to me -.- but if i could change this would i .... no because im really curious to hear what my teachers say about me every week (:

change #6- first 15 min. goes to the planners

when he said the first 15 minutes go to the planners, he made this rule so that everyone writes down the same thing and we are all on the same page because sometimes people go off and some of us have our planners out, some of us have books out, and some of us are just sitting there doing nothing. ahah. today we got to try out this rule because in period 2, we had to write down in our planners the list of stuff we need for graduation, and what we are going to be doing in the graduation . we also have to write down info like what our jobs are for the rest of the school year, the events that are coming up, how to do certain things, and specifically how to do our job. honestly, i wouldnt change this rule because it doesnt do any harm does it? its not like it bothers anything or anyone so why get rid of it? i also think this is a good rule because this helps everyone know and double check how to all copy down the right assignment  and be doing the same thing on the same page. do i like this rule? sure i gues. i mean it doesnt really do anything worng soo y wouldnt you like it? ya okay well i guess thats all i have to say about this rule (: kbai

change #5- time cards

the time cards are used everyday when we sign in for our job and they're signed by mr.ing and he writes down the time we showed up for work, and he signs it. he writes the time card in the lowest blank open spot... this helps us keep track of the time we got to our job and if we got there on time or late. to me, this isnt a bad rule (: i actually like it ahah. i like it because it helps me stay organized and it helps me to see what time i showed up for work and if i make it on time or not. if i could change this, i wouldnt. this rule isnt a bother to me and i think if its a bother for you, that means you have to improve on the time you show up to work and that you need to try to get here more on time. time cards can also get you on probation. if you show up late for work, then you dont get a time card signature (i think). I think if we dont get a time card signature that means we were either late, or he wasnt there to sign it. we were all confused on the first day of school and it was actually kinda funny when we were all sitting in the class waiting for mr.ing to come to the room soo he could sign all our planners and we could work. we all thought we couldnt work without the time card check in because from the description, it sounded like that, but i guess it wasnt. mr.ing said that we would have all been on probation because we all waited arond instead of working and doing our jobs. from that day on, we learned that if mr.ing is not there to sign our time cards before we go to work, just go to work and he'll fugure out that you were working and that means you were on time and you made it (:

change #4-weekly AR

weekly AR was made because some of us (aka me -.-) couldnt finish there AR goal on time and they waited till the last minute to get it done. i dont know why, but no matter how easy a book is, my perspective of books, will just never change. before i was really into books, but then i guess one day i just woke up and completly hated books. it takes alot for a book to get my attention. it needs to be interesting, and it needs to lead me on and leave me wondering. i like books when every page is so interesting it just makes you not want to stop! but idontknow... alot of books ive seen and attempted to read before, just never trapped me in the book.i know that i like a book when i look forward to reading more and more about it. i think this weekly AR goal is good for me, but i honestly dont like it. 1 because im a slow reader, 2 because i dont like reading, and 3 because i always have this person inside of me saying i just wont make it. but maybe it is for the better of me. because i know that if i dont meet my weekly AR goal by its due date, im on probation and thats the last place i wana be! but the suckiest part is that this is my strongest weekness! somehow i just end up giving up and stop trying. even when i still have a few days left, i just down myslef and i tell myself i wont make it and that its all over. but you know what happens everytime after? its not all over. so all i can do right now for myself is just believe that i can achieve my goal if i really put effort into it and try. if i could change this, i think i would want to change it to every 2 weeks ... okay soo i guess thats all for this, kbai (:

change #3- probation~late for work, or miss due date

this change means that if you are late for work or you miss a due date on an assignment, your on probation. and once your on probation, oh man... just no. when you get on probation, you honestly will not make it off. if your late for work your on probation for 1 thing right? then since your late, you cant work that job you were late for and that makes you on probation for 2 things... then when you go somewhere to do something to get you off of probation, you miss work AGAIN and thats just another probation added on... then it goes on and on and on.... then you just cant get off.to me, this rule is scary. why? because you never  know. what if you just forget about everything and you dont do an assignement cause your mind just dozed off for a few days? and what if you get stuck in traffic and you dont make it on time to school? or should i say to your job to be more exact?then everythings ruined right? mayn thats what im scared of. but i guess it is like a encouragment because this rule will help us be early for our jobs and turn in our assignments on time and on or before there due date. so in a way the rule is scary, but its for the better of us. this rule tells people you need to be at work on time and you need to stay on task and complete your assignment by the due date because if not, you loose it all. and this rule might also make people take being late for work and missing a due date seriously. i dont think i would want mr.ing to change this rule because it encourages us and it pushes us to take things seriously. and thats actually something we all need. (:

change #2- due dates thru webgrader~ everythings on webgrader!

okay soo change number two is due dates are all posted on webgrader.... this rule also applys for assignments too because webgrader is where you have to check to see the real dates and assignments we were given by from mr.ing. when we first got introduced to the new rules, we got tested on this exact rule. we all asked mr.ing when the due date was for our first AR weekly goal and he told us it was on friday the 6th...BUT, it was either we wernt paying attention or we just didnt think of it, we asked that question right about after the time he told us that EVERYTHING you need to know is on webgrader. so we all learned our lessons when we had a discussion about it in homeroom and majority of us raised our hand when he asked if our AR goal was due on friday the 6th... when actually, on webgrader it states that the first AR weekly goal is due the next week after the 6th... so from that lesson, we learned that we should always check webgrader for the real assignments and due dates.i personally like this rule because it encourages us to check our webgrader daily for any assignments and to me, it encourages me to check all my classes and how im doing on webgrader daily because if im on there already, why not check all your grades right? so yah, thats why i like this change (: mr.ing shouldnt change this rule becuase maybe if some people usually never check webgrader, this is a good start for them because they need to check it in order to keep up and know what assignments are coming up, and when they're due.

chang #1- lunch time, in or out

okay so this rule was made because usually our choice of going in or out of A-101 during lunch wasnt made up. like usually most of the 8th graders would go outside for a little while, eat, and then come into A-101 when they want to...but now, the rule is that they have a choice if they want to stay in or out for the rest of the school year. meaning, if someone chooses to be out for the rest of the school year, during the middle of lunch, they cant come into A-101 because there choice was already set for the rest of the year. then with the seventh graders, our choice is diffrent. we arnt like the 8th graders because we dont commonly stay in A-101 for our lunch period. so since we dont do the same as the 8th graders, our rule wont be the same. our rule is that we decide if we want to stay in or out for the day instead of the rest of the year. so if we choose to stay out for the whole day, that means if we need to go back into A-101 in the middle of lunch,we cant because we chose to stay out for that day. from my point of view, i think this is a good rule because it helps people to just make up there mind and have a final decision. i think we shouldnt change this rule because i think alot of us like it (: i use this rule and i follow it by making up my choice after addvisory if i want to spend my lunch in or out of A-101. also, it sort of helps me to remember and double check to make sure all my work is completed and theres nothing i've forgotten.

first week back to school (1-6)

our first week back was not that bad actually. the sucky part about this week was the fact that we only had 3 days to it :/ we learned alot of new things. we learned new rules, and we learned how this is going to be a diffrent semester from the first one. the rules that we have are to prevent us from making the same mistakes we made in first semester and to make sure we dont do them again. these are the 8 rules..
1. lunch time
2. due dates thru webgrader
3. probation - late for work, miss due date
4. weekly AR
5. time cards
6. first 15 min belong to planner
7. weekly grade checks
8. late notices from library --> probation

these rules were made so that we can avoid making any mistakes we made last semester. i noticed since these rules were made, it has been alot easier to become on probation. and once your on probation, its almost impossible to get off. so point is, avoid becoming on probation. because if you become on probation, it effects everyone in your period. if your on probation you cant work, and if you cant work the others in your period cant work because they need everyone in order to work, and if they dont work, they get F's and if they get F's, they fail the class, and if they fail the class, there going to have an F on there weekly progress report, and that would get them on probation for missing work because you cant, and failing a class.then since they need to make up work, they have to miss work, and if they miss work, they get on probation AGAIN. so you see what im getting at?! once your on, you effect everyone and you screw everything up -.- so, this quarter, im gona try really really really hard, and not miss do any of the 8 new rules. anywayys, this week i managed to stay off of probation ^o^ but it was really said when i raised my hand when mr.ing asked when our weekly AR is due and i raised my hand for the wrong date. i felt ashamed because i didnt check webgrader for the dure date, and i just assumed mr.ing was telling the truth when he told us the due date, after he said check webgrader for the real due dates and the assignments. he also stated that everything will be on webgrader... last week was sort of like a trial of the new rules and i guess we're all ready for the real deal ... here we goo (:

Hero oral presentation

okay so on friday we had an oral presentation due about our hero and during advisory and homeroom, everyone shared and we got to learn about there hero, what they learned from there hero project or hero, and why there hero was selected to be there hero. when people were sharing there projects, i noticed that we all kind of learned the same things in different ways... like when people said what they learned, i could connect with them and i agreed that i learned that too. i enjoyed listening to everyone share, and some of it was funny when one of us went up, she didnt notice it, but i think majority of us did,her shirt was really funny and i even had to cover my face because she looked clueless while she was trying to figure out why everyone was laughing ;p but when she was done with her presentation, we all told her what was wrong with her shirt, ahah ;p but anywaysss... what i learned from this hero project was that no matter how hard or impossible something might seem, you should always keep trying because ANYTHING is possible.also, i didnt share this one with the class, but i also learned no matter how far someone is, there still by your side when you need them. then i said facts about my sister so they could know alittle more about her. i said how she got married at 18, had a dream of becoming a marine bioligist, moved to florida and continued on trying to succeed her dream even though she thought she couldnt.... this is also why i learned that anything is possible no matter how hard or impossible it might seem. i learned it from her and she inspired me to keep going. she also taught me whats right from wrong, she prepared me for what im going to go through as a teenager, and she watched out for me and made sure i didnt make the same mistakes she did. she also told me that even if something seems like the best thing in the world, but i no its a bad thing to do, dont do it because its not worth your time and its not worth the risk. overall, i think i shared well with the class, and i think i improved on sharing in front of an audience (:

what a sucky day -.-

okay soo we had a winter field trip planned and i was super uper excited!! i couldnt wait... i counted down the days, and i saved my money... i was ready to spend a really good day with my leadership family ever since it was scheduled! the plan was to go to the movies, go to alamoana, and end the field trip with nice fire work watching ;D sadly, the fieldtrip didnt turn out the way i expected. from the minute i woke up, i was excited and ready to go! i grabbed all my stuff and my dad dropped me off at the school. the bus ride was very fun, i talked to anne the whole way there and time passed really fast! when we got there and stepped up the stairs, i was exhausted! i felt like i wanted to drop to the ground! but i wasnt going to let that ruin this day... soo we got into the theatre and we started watching the movie... when it was towards the middle of the movie, i felt nauseous. i went outside and i sat on the bench...i started to shake and i didnt wana move. i called anne and shayna and they came to comfort me. they tried to ask me questions, and i soo badly wanted to answer them, but i couldnt speak. i was to weak to speak,move, or even twitch. i mean i was shaking, and i felt like i was going to throw up any second >,< it sucked! i ended up calling my parents, and they ended up picking me up... not that long later, i up chucked in the car 0.< it was gross. but after that i felt okay ;p well i no ^that was a little TMI buhh ya (x soo hows that for a supposed to be good day -.-? it was such a sucky day -.-

2nd quarter...

second quarter was just as a struggle as the first one...maybe even worse...we were sent to diffrent classes, and we were almost about to be out of leadership. we had tough times and we learned new lessons.somehow, i didnt really listen to what i said i was going to do in second quarter. my goal was to finish my AR goal on time. i failed. i never did finsh my AR goal on time, i waited to the very last day. throughout the last week of second quarter, i thought i wasnt going to make it to third quarter. why? because i struggled alot this quarter and my AR goal wasnt complete. this quarter, im serious. i really want to finish my AR goal and have a good start to semester 2. moving on though, we also experienced not being in leadership. we were out of leadership for a few days to a week... we were on the verge of getting kicked out... how'd we get back in? we got to have a meeting with rhea shayna and mr.ing to see if we get to return back into leadership, or leave forever. they came to the conclusion that we have to redo our interview... so i did my interview and luckily, i got back in (: later on throughout the quarter we did learn MANY lessons... we got to learn how the thing thats always in the way, is drama. drama drama drama. it always seems to get in the way!! like seriously?!! but i guess theres no one to blame but myself for bringing my drama with me. and ill admit, i did have alot of drama! but i try to isolate bad things other wise called, "drama" , when i work or when im inside of leadership... overall, this was a crazy quarter and i really truly hope that when second semester comes, im prepared and i improve on my mistakes i made in semester 1.
